Terra Goodnight, Chief of Staff and Director of Policy, worked as a policy adviser to Governor Ted Strickland, covering issues including taxation, transportation, public safety and commerce. Prior to moving to Ohio, she served as Communications Director for the New York City Office of Emergency Management and as Director of Corporate Development for Proxicom, a DC-based internet services consulting firm. She has a B.A. from Reed College and a M.S. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
