Innovation Ohio Education Fund (IOEF) is seeking a talented and motivated Program Manager to lead our program, The Ohio Women’s Public Policy Network (WPPN). This is a full time position based in Columbus, Ohio, housed within our 501(c)(3) side of the organization. This person will work in partnership with the WPPN’s part-time Executive Director to develop and execute high-impact legislative, research, and advocacy strategies to move forward social change at the local, state, and federal level for women and families in Ohio. They will manage a
new position within the organization, a Racial Justice Policy Associate, who will oversee our racial justice work, including our Justice Agenda for Black Women and Girls project.

Innovation Ohio Education Fund (IOEF) is seeking a talented and motivated Racial Justice Junior Fellow to begin as early as February 2022. The position will support our work on a new project we launched with support from the Ohio State Bar Foundation: A Justice Agenda for Black Women and Girls.
Through this program, the RJ Fellow will gain valuable knowledge on how the legislative process works at the Ohio General Assembly and in Congress. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to learn hands-on experience about how non-profits, elected officials, and advocacy groups work together to enact change at the local, state, and national level.
The Fellowship will provide ample opportunities to directly interact with elected officials, advocates, and policy thought leaders in Ohio. Fellows will serve as ambassadors for the mission and vision of Innovation Ohio Education Fund, and they will play a key role in helping the organization fulfill its commitment to racial justice.
The project will conduct research into current criminal justice and legal policies passed or pending in the Statehouse that impact, harm, or support Black women and girls. It will also explore policy solutions to promote justice, develop messaging materials to amplify our findings, and engage in public education efforts around the issue, our findings, and our recommendations.
Innovation Ohio is excited to offer a unique internship in Political Research leading up to the November 2022 general election. If chosen, a successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the development of original qualitative and quantitative research products in support of electoral campaigns at the state and federal levels.

The intern will provide support to IO’s Communications Department (including digital), which is responsible for the organization’s traditional and digital communications initiatives, as well as messaging content for progressive coalition partners.
Innovation Ohio is seeking a women’s policy and programming intern to join our team for spring semester 2022, beginning as early as February 2022. This is a great opportunity to work at a non-profit policy and advocacy organization, supporting their efforts to advance public policy that builds economic opportunity and health equity for women and families. You will help us do legislative research, draft memoranda, attend legislative sessions and hearings, and contribute to projects throughout your time here. The intern will also provide policy and programming support for IO//IOEF affiliate initiatives, including the Women’s Public Policy Network.
