Maxime Gaudoin-Perry

Digital Organizer

Maxime is a Digital Communications Associate for Innovation Ohio, specializing in metropolitan outreach and social media content curation. Maxime’s diverse business and political background serve as key contributors to the success of the Heartland Hype digital activists program in which he and his teammates are currently spearheading. Maxime worked a year in state politics as a Legislative Aide for Senator Hearcel F. Craig of the 15th Senate District of Ohio. It was here that Maxime’s passion for issues such as supporting underserved populations and public education, minority rights, LGBTQIA+ rights, and individual’s reproductive rights grew stronger. Prior to this, Maxime worked a plethora of jobs throughout college in industries including service, restaurant, and sales which all taught him the importance of connecting with people as well working hard and efficiently. Maxime is also a musician in his free time as the drummer for the Columbus, OH pop-punk band Tell Me Nothing. He also serves as booking agent and social media manager for the band which has greatly impacted his skills in social media content curation, marketing, and promotion. Maxime graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration & Management with a minor in Music as well as achieving Cum Laude honors from Otterbein University. During his time spent at Otterbein, Maxime worked with the University’s Social Justice and Activism Department in addition to participating in Otterbein’s Jazz band.
