Title: Rape Victims

Bill Analysis: This bill would permit someone who was a victim of rape, sexual battery or unlawful sexual conduct, or the parent of a minor who was a victim, to terminate parental rights of the defendant for a minor who was conceived as a result of the offense. It would require the court to end parental rights named in the complaint if the court finds that the defendant was convicted of or plead guilty to the offense.
