Bill Analysis: This bill would remove the current waiting-period restrictions that are in place for a woman seeking an abortion. It would also repeal the requirements to notify a woman’s relative, custodian, or guardian, if the woman seeking the abortion is pregnant, unmarried, a minor, and unemancipated.
