Bill: House Bill 120 (full text, official bill analysis) Title: Gender Pay Sponsors: Representative Lundy and Representative Driehaus Co-Sponsors: Representatives Ramos, Fedor, Hagan, R., Phillips, Antonio, Cera, Boyd, Rogers, Stinziano, Foley, Clyde, Pillich, Strahorn, Reece Bill Analysis: This bill creates the Gender Pay Disparity Task Forces, requiring the Task Force to determine the pay disparity between men and women in Ohio and identify potential causes for the disparity.  The Task Force is also charged with developing legislative action to decrease the pay disparity.  The Task Force is abolished after it is issues a report with its findings. Status: Introduced in the House April 10,2013.  Received a hearing in the House  on May 8, 2013 and was continued.
