Bill Analysis: This bill requires comprehensive sexual health and sexually transmitted infection education in schools and it creates the Ohio teen pregnancy task force to monitor and evaluate teen pregnancy prevention strategies and programs in Ohio.
The bill also modifies coverage for prescription contraceptive drugs and devices and it requires the provision of hospital and pregnancy prevention service for victims of sexual assault.
