Bill: House Bill 132 (full text) Title:  Sexual Health Education Sponsors:  Representatives Lepore-Hagan and Bishoff Co-Sponsors:  Representatives Antonio, Kuhns, Howse, Slesnick, Clyde, Fedor, Celebrezze, Sykes, Johnson, G., Sheehy, Phillips, Reece, Boyd Bill Analysis: This bill requires comprehensive sexual health and sexually transmitted infection education in schools and it creates the Ohio teen pregnancy task force to monitor and evaluate teen pregnancy prevention strategies and programs in Ohio. The bill also modifies coverage for prescription contraceptive drugs and devices and it requires the provision of  hospital and pregnancy prevention service for victims of sexual assault. Status: Introduced in the House March 24, 2015. Referred to the Health and Aging Committee on April 14, 2015.
